FAQ

1. How long do pre-orders take? 

- Orders are shipped within a month as they are handmade. 

2. Can I order these in bulk quantities? 

-Send an email from the contact page and we will be in touch to discuss the details! 

3. What's the material that you use? 

- It's a natural, plant based product. As for what it is exactly, and who manufactures it... that's a secret I'll never tell. You know you love me... xoxo SRCL Girl 😘

4. My order doesn't look like the image on the site, why is that?

- Due to the process of making and cleaning each tile, some tiles may come out lighter than others. Certain products also use a material that has marbleization which will make no two pieces the same. That adds to the uniqueness of each item. If there is a serious issue please reach out and I will get back to you. 

5. How do I clean my tile? 

- It's really simple, you can either wipe it with a wet cloth or a wipe. 

6. Do you make these yourself? 

- Yep! I receive the material, make the designs, produce the items, photograph and package. I am a one woman show so thank you for your kindness and patience 😊

7. Will you be including any other K-Pop groups? 

-As of right now, no. I am currently only interested in cataloging the past 10 years of BTS in these fun sized forms. Maybe in the future I will expand, but until then, BTS FOREVER! 

8. Why do you have multiples of some members but only one for others? 

- Items are made based on the material I have at the time. Trust me I have tons of ideas and material for each member and BTS as a whole, just not enough of me to do it. Follow my socials so you can see when new designs are out, or sign up for email notifications.  

9. Why do you have products for some drivers and not others? 

- On race day do you cheer for the whole grid or your faves? There's your answer. 

10. Will you always have these items or will they switch out? Do you have releases for new designs?

- I guess that depends on the demand and popularity of the items. The same goes for releases I guess. Follow my Instagram and TikTok (@comingfullsrcl) to find out more about releases/ new products. 

11. Will you be adding other catalogs or only BTS and F1? 

- I want to get into some anime stuff and other things, I haven't made my way there yet, but hopefully! 

 12. How are these made?

-By taking a break to enjoy BTS content or torturing myself through F1 Weekends, being creative and doing things with my hands, I will them into existence. 

13. No seriously, how are they made? 

- Lasers shoot from my eyes. I wear glasses to protect the general public.
